The 3rd Annual Women in Leadership Top Career Forum proceeds from our successful Women in Leadership European Tour (Amsterdam, Paris, Munich). Each event has gone from strength to strength leading to a record number of companies in attendance in London this July.

These forums are interactive events bringing together leading companies, organisations, life coaches and high potential delegates to meet and discuss the challenges ahead and offer advice and skills development to ambitious young professionals interested in correcting the balance.

Our "Diversity For Leadership" forum broadens the issue to address wider issues of diversity - including not only gender, but also race. Men are welcome at both events but here we hope to inspire debate that goes beyond gender and examines other key work-life issues - most of which affect men as much as women.

Each event features a themed panel debate which attract high-level role models from participating companies. Unlike many career events, QS Top Career Forums really are an opportunity to meet and quiz senior managers from prospective employers.
